Marcus Stevenson Sr. was born in Helena, AR. Over 40 years ago he received the call of God into the ministry and began preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom throughout several cities and states across America. In 1991, Marcus Stevenson Sr. received the pastoral call of God on his life. The Spirit of God led him back to his home state of Arkansas where he established Souls Outreach Ministries(formerly known as New Testament Holiness Church) in Jacksonville, Arkansas. He set to work with a vision and a mandate for the Lord to lead a church “where the Spirit and the Word agree in one”.

For the past several years God has used Marcus Stevenson Sr. to raise up many men and women of God through powerful wisdom filled teachings. These teachings have impacted millions throughout the world. Numerous churches have been impacted by these teachings as well. Marcus Stevenson Sr. has mentored and advised many pastors and leaders throughout the years. One of those impacted the most is his son, Marcus Stevenson Jr. In 2011, Souls Outreach Ministries open a second location in North Little Rock, AR., where Marcus Stevenson Sr. serves as Overseer and Chief Apostle. We thank God for the many lives that have been blessed through this ministry.
